闪笺隐私政策

核心说明：闪笺无需注册或登录，不使用云服务，也不会将你的 Markdown、编辑设置或生成图片上传至开发者服务器。内容处理仅在你的设备上完成。

1. 本机处理的内容

你输入、编辑或粘贴的 Markdown 文本，以及选择的模板、字体、背景、贴纸、比例、分页方式和导出设置，仅用于在设备上生成图片卡片。当前版本不会把这些内容传出设备。

2. 剪贴板访问

闪笺仅在你主动点击“粘贴”按钮时读取系统剪贴板中的文本，用于填入编辑器。App 不会在启动时或后台持续监控剪贴板。

3. 相册权限

当你主动选择保存图片时，闪笺会请求 iOS“仅添加照片”权限，将生成的卡片写入系统相册。App 不会因此读取、浏览、分析或上传相册中的现有照片。你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中更改该权限。

4. 系统分享

当你主动使用分享功能时，闪笺会将当前生成的图片交给 iOS 系统分享面板。只有你选择的 App、服务或联系人会收到这些图片，后续处理受相应接收方的隐私政策约束。

5. 数据收集与第三方服务

闪笺没有用户账号、广告 SDK、分析 SDK 或跨 App 跟踪，不收集可识别个人身份的数据，不出售个人信息，也不向开发者服务器或第三方云服务上传你的内容。用于 Markdown 和公式渲染的代码库在 App 内本地运行，不用于收集数据。

6. 数据保存与删除

当前编辑内容和设置仅保留在设备本地。你可以在 App 中清空内容；卸载 App 通常会删除其本地数据。已主动保存到系统相册或分享给其他 App 的图片需在相册或相应接收方中另行删除。

7. 儿童隐私

闪笺面向一般用户，不以儿童为目标，也不会明知地收集儿童个人信息。

8. 安全

本地数据受 iOS App 沙盒和设备安全机制保护。请避免在准备分享的卡片中包含不必要的敏感信息，并妥善保护你的设备。

9. 政策变更

如果功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及 App Store 中的隐私披露，并标明新的更新日期。

MarkSnap Privacy Policy

In short: MarkSnap requires no registration or login, uses no cloud service, and does not upload your Markdown, editing choices, or generated images to developer-operated servers. Content is processed only on your device.

1. Content processed on your device

Markdown you type, edit, or paste—and your selected templates, type styles, backgrounds, stickers, aspect ratios, pagination, and export settings—are used only to generate image cards on your device. The current version does not transmit this content off the device.

2. Clipboard access

MarkSnap reads text from the system clipboard only after you actively tap Paste, so it can place that text in the editor. The app does not monitor the clipboard at launch or in the background.

3. Photos permission

When you choose to save images, MarkSnap requests iOS add-only Photos access to write generated cards to your photo library. It does not read, browse, analyze, or upload existing photos. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. System sharing

When you actively use Share, MarkSnap gives the generated images to the iOS system share sheet. Only the app, service, or person you choose receives them, and the recipient's privacy policy then applies.

5. Data collection and third-party services

MarkSnap has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. It does not collect personally identifiable information, sell personal information, or upload your content to developer-operated servers or third-party cloud services. Code libraries used for Markdown and formula rendering run locally in the app and are not used to collect data.

6. Retention and deletion

Current editing content and settings remain only on your device. You can clear content in the app, and uninstalling the app normally removes its local data. Images you actively save to Photos or share with another app must be removed separately from Photos or the receiving destination.

7. Children's privacy

MarkSnap is a general-audience tool, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

8. Security

Local data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and device security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in cards you plan to share, and keep your device protected.

9. Changes to this policy

If features or data practices change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure with a new update date.
