说明夹隐私政策

核心说明：说明夹不使用开发者运营的云服务器存储你的资料。你的说明书数据保存在本机；使用 iCloud 同步时，只会同步到你自己的 Apple iCloud 私有数据库。

1. 我们处理的数据

你创建或导入的内容包括说明书 PDF，以及名称、分类、型号、页数、创建和更新时间、封面样式、图标与文件名等元数据。扫描和导入偏好、界面语言及主题偏好保存在设备本地。

2. 相机与文件访问

只有在你主动使用扫描功能时，说明夹才请求相机权限，用于通过 Apple VisionKit 扫描纸质文档并生成 PDF。扫描处理由设备上的系统框架完成。导入功能只访问你通过 Apple 文件选择器主动选择的 PDF。我们不会浏览或上传你未选择的文件。

3. 本机存储

PDF 保存在 App 沙盒的文档目录，说明书元数据保存在本机 SQLite 数据库。其他 App 无法通过常规方式访问这些沙盒数据。卸载 App 通常会删除本机保存的数据。

4. iCloud 同步

说明夹使用 Apple CloudKit 将 PDF 与元数据同步到当前系统登录用户的 iCloud 私有数据库，不要求注册 App 内账号。同步可能在 App 启动、手动同步及新增、编辑或删除说明书后发生。若未登录 iCloud、网络不可用或 iCloud 空间不足，同步会暂停，但本地功能仍可使用。

iCloud 数据由 Apple 按其条款和隐私政策处理。说明夹不会把这些资料复制到开发者运营的服务器。

5. 数据共享与跟踪

说明夹不出售个人数据，不包含第三方广告或跨 App 跟踪，也不使用第三方分析服务。只有当你主动调用 iOS 系统分享面板时，你选择的 PDF 才会交给你指定的 App、服务或联系人；此后的处理受该接收方政策约束。

6. 数据删除与保留

你可以在 App 中删除单份说明书。该操作会删除本机 PDF 和元数据，并在 iCloud 可用时将删除状态同步到你的私有数据库。卸载 App 只会删除本机副本；如需管理或删除 iCloud 中的数据，请使用 Apple 提供的 iCloud 存储管理功能。由于我们不在自己的服务器保存说明书数据，无法代替你直接访问或删除你的 iCloud 私有数据。

7. 儿童隐私

说明夹面向一般用户，不以儿童为目标，也不会明知地收集儿童个人信息。App 不要求用户提供姓名、电子邮件或出生日期。

8. 安全

数据受 iOS App 沙盒和 Apple iCloud 安全机制保护。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，因此请避免在说明书中保存不必要的敏感信息，并妥善保护设备和 Apple 账号。

9. 政策变更

我们可能因功能或法律要求变化而更新本政策。更新后的政策将在本页面公布，并标明新的更新日期。

GuideNest Privacy Policy

In short: GuideNest does not store your library on developer-operated cloud servers. Your manuals are stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is available, only in your own private Apple iCloud database.

1. Data we process

Content you create or import includes manual PDFs and related metadata such as name, category, model number, page count, creation and modification dates, cover style, icon, and file name. Scan and import preferences, interface language, and theme preferences are stored locally on your device.

2. Camera and file access

GuideNest requests camera permission only when you choose to scan a manual. Apple's VisionKit processes the scan on your device and creates a PDF. The import feature accesses only PDFs you actively select through Apple's file picker. We do not browse or upload files you have not selected.

3. On-device storage

PDFs are stored in the app's sandboxed documents directory, while manual metadata is stored in a local SQLite database. Other apps cannot ordinarily access this sandboxed data. Uninstalling the app normally removes data stored locally.

4. iCloud sync

GuideNest uses Apple CloudKit to sync PDFs and metadata with the private iCloud database of the user currently signed in on the device. No GuideNest account is required. Sync may occur when the app launches, when you start it manually, and after you add, edit, or delete a manual. If iCloud is unavailable, you are offline, or your storage is full, syncing pauses while local features remain available.

Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy. GuideNest does not copy this content to servers operated by the developer.

5. Sharing and tracking

GuideNest does not sell personal data, include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, or use third-party analytics. A PDF is provided to another app, service, or person only when you actively select a destination using the iOS share sheet. The recipient's policies then apply.

6. Deletion and retention

You can delete individual manuals in the app. This removes the local PDF and metadata and, when iCloud is available, syncs the deletion to your private database. Uninstalling the app removes only the local copy. To manage or delete data held in iCloud, use Apple's iCloud storage controls. Because we do not store your manuals on our own servers, we cannot directly access or delete your private iCloud data for you.

7. Children's privacy

GuideNest is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect children's personal information, and it does not ask users for a name, email address, or date of birth.

8. Security

Your data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and Apple's iCloud security mechanisms. No storage method is completely secure, so avoid keeping unnecessary sensitive information in manuals and protect your device and Apple Account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new update date.
